Chris is an accomplished executive leader with over 15 years experience leading complex global investigations for financial institutions, private equity, investment banks, IGOs and corporate enterprises typically for pre-investment due diligence, third party risk management, mergers & acquisitions, and public offerings.  Having led thousands of complex investigations, Chris has a keen understanding of client needs and is well positioned to help them navigate and mitigate risk by providing solutions related to anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, due diligence, litigation management, supply chain, third party risk management and compliance.

Chris has held senior executive positions across leading diligence providers and IGOs.  Prior to cofounding D4 Advisors, Chris served as vice president of North America and APAC regions leading the Diligence delivery teams at Exiger. Prior to that, Chris was a Director at Diligence LLC where she managed all client relationships and lead a team of analysts and researchers responsible for delivery of all products.  She began her investigative career as a fraud investigation analyst at the World Bank working in the Department of Institutional Integrity unit. 

Yana has over 15 years of professional experience in AML, due diligence, operational intelligence, regulatory compliance, legal drafting, OSINT, HUMINT, and COMINT; and speaks six languages. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Italian, and French. Yana has started her career as a lawyer in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine; she was a legal trainee at the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium; and worked as a contractor for a number of European Union funded projects improving legislation of Ukraine.

From 2017 to 2022, Yana worked at several research institutes in Washington, DC on national security and criminal justice. Most recently, she was an Associate Director at Exiger Diligence where she successfully led the US team of researchers, conducted training, and worked on research excellence and operations improvement initiatives. She is currently a senior advisor at TrustStorm Solutions Inc.
